We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and update product details, descriptions, or pricing without prior notice.

4. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
We do not accept cancellation requests under any circumstances once the payment is made.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange: You may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery for another item of equal or higher value, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all certifications and invoices. Exchange/replacement product will be delivered with in 15-20 days
No Refunds: Once a purchase is made, refunds are not allowed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect products received.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos as proof. After verification, we may provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. For defective or damaged items, after verification, refund would be credited within 15-20 days.
Customization & Engraved Products: Customized, personalized, or engraved jewelry is non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Return time frame: Returns will be processed within 30 days

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer secure and insured shipping for all jewelry orders. Orders would be shipped within 15-20 days of placing the order.
Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

7. Warranty & Authenticity

Our jewelry is crafted using certified natural diamonds and high-quality precious metals.
Each piece comes with an authenticity certificate, which must be retained for any exchange or service requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

Divienne Maurenz is not responsible for damage due to improper handling, natural wear and tear, or third-party alterations.
We do not cover theft, loss, or unauthorized modifications of the jewelry.

9. Privacy & Security

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except for order fulfillment.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
